This really cannot be done by just anybody. Please do read a letter we received as feedback to the work of our coach Sandra Uršičić. The project JudoINclusion gathers experts who show children they can deal with their difficulties, and their work in turn is appraised by professional peers. “Today, I was at the judo training led by Sandra in our school. She was training with Borna. It was a real pleasure to watch his satisfaction. He was fully focused on the work during the entire session. He put in the maximum effort he could, and he successfully demonstrated al that he had learnt so far, and got hang of the new grips with ease. During the whole training, he was visibly very happy on account of the sensation of success. He frequently smiled too because of satisfaction and success. The coach Sandra did an exceptional job. She found the right measure and the right way of working with Borna. She pulled him entirely into the activity. At no time did he exhibit displeasure or dissatisfaction, nor did he require additional instigation or motivation for the work. Today, I witnessed a new Borna. I got to know the Borna who, for full 60 minutes, enjoyed the activity he was doing, an activity not devised by him, but in which he had to follow instructions of another person. Once again, a huge BRAVO for Sandra and Borna. Orderly work and discipline, and lots of satisfaction, fun and achieved success. Brilliant!
