It is the end of another school year; however, all those who have not joined the project Choose Sport, can still do so at the beginning of the next one. You will find the contacts on the poster we are publishing. We are looking forward to hanging out with you in the Zagreb judo clubs Lika and Zagreb.

The goal of the project Choose Sport is mass inclusion of children into sport, and the creation of habits of long term involvement with sport. The project addresses the general population of school children, but its target group are children in adverse social standing and thus in risk of social exclusion (children with unemployed parents, whose parents receive children’s benefits, without appropriate parenting, those from single parent families, from families with three or more children, and those children with behavioral issues). The children are given free memberships in the judo clubs of the Zagreb Judo Union: the judo club “Lika“ and the judo club “Zagreb,“ where they also receive free sports equipment – a judo kimono.

The implementation of the project is co-financed by EU, from the European Social Fund.
